Practitioner in a standing forward bend in a bright room

Ashtanga LED

With XanaMonday 18:15–19:30 · Wednesday 10:30–11:30

A guided class following the traditional Ashtanga sequence, with breath, rhythm and flow at its heart. Xana adapts the practice to where each student is: it can be gentler or more intense. There is conscious effort, never pushing to the limit, but always a clear invitation to move forward. Class after class, the body grows stronger and the mind becomes more focused.

Chakra in an Iyengar pose with a chair and blocks

Iyengar · Alignment and Body Listening

With ChakraFriday 11:30–13:00

Iyengar yoga to deepen your experience of the body through alignment, precision and sensitivity. Props (blocks, straps, blankets, the wall) become supports to find comfort and awareness. With a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach, we move between structure and free exploration. Chakra has more than twelve years of yoga experience. An invitation not to do more, but to perceive more.

Practitioner in a supported backbend over a chair

Somatic Regulation

With ChakraTuesday 20:00–21:15

A practice to come back to the body and discover what happens when we stop demanding a shape from it and start listening. Through free movement, breathing and attention to sensations, we alternate movement, pause and rest. Inspired by Somatic Experiencing, it does not aim for a particular posture: it aims to expand your capacity to feel and to find resources to return to balance. You don't need to know how to move, just be willing to listen.

Book
Cos in a standing forward bend by a sunlit window

Spiritual Warrior

With CosFriday 18:15–19:15

A dynamic, flowing and vigorous class that distils the essence of the Jivamukti method: compassion, sound, meditation, study of the texts and devotion. It includes a warm-up, intention, chanting, standing poses, twists, bends, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The sequence is always the same, so it is easy to internalise: week after week you refine it and go deeper into each posture.
